DESCRIPTION

Summary

This Temporary Accounts and Administrative Assistant, will assist with finance and administrative tasks.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in preparation of payments
  • Maintenance of accurate financial records and data
  • Photocopy/scanning of documents
  • Timely preparation and submission of tax returns and pension contribution
  • Ensure efficient and well-coordinated administrative functions
  • Manage office supplies and ensure office equipment is in perfect condition
  • Review and file expense reports and related documents
  • Management of vehicles and fuel replenishment
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned from time to time.

  • Diploma in Accounting/Administration
